You don't have to list every article here, the system is supposed to do it for you automatically... To make a subcat, all you need to do is go to the category, and type the name of the supercategory you want it in double square brackets... Then when you go to that supercategory, you will see all of the subcategories automatically listed... You can then get a category tree listing all the categorized articles in that system through "special pages", by typing the supercat name in the box and picking "show articles"...
